Life is good and Tracy likes it that way but a mysterious text out of the blue introduces her to a distant relative in a nursing home in the sleepy coastal town of Fern Grove. Her aunt advises her not to get too close to this relative, but Tracy finds herself drawn to this relative and the quirky characters at the care home. She regrets getting too close when she discovers the shady practices at this establishment and one of its obnoxious residents is found dead.
